stock is sold subject to availability. We cannot be held responsible
for shortages, crop failure or for other reasons beyond our
control.

Trees
will be despatched in strict rotation during the dormant season,
between January and mid-March. We cannot guarantee delivery
by specific dates, but will endeavour to satisfy customers'
requests.

A
deposit of 50% (excluding the p&p) will be payable when
the order is placed, the balance and postage and packing before
despatch.

All
orders will be acknowledged and given an order no.
|
 |
Cancellations
must be made within 10 days of our receipt of your order.
An administration charge of 20%, or £10, whichever is
greater will be levied against all cancellations made after
this period.

No goods will be despatched until customers can be contacted
to confirm a suitable date and or address to deliver them
to.

Returns
must be made through recorded delivery and care taken to ensure
they arrive in good condition.

We
cannot accept liability for goods in transit.
Once passed to the carriers (who are chosen for their reliability
and care) they are out of our control. All complaints should
be made to the carriers within 3 days of delivery. The precaution
of signing for deliveries as contents not checked
is advisable. We will always inform the customer when despatch
of goods will take place, and on confirmation, any special
delivery requirements will be noted.

All
plants are supplied from the best quality certified stock.
Should a plant fail, we reserve the right to ask
that it be returned to us for examination within 4 months
of despatch. Following this, if appropriate, a replacement
plant will be offered. Any postage costs incurred for return
or replacement will be at the customers expense.

Any
goods remaining at Brogdale whether for despatch or collection
after the end of March 2007 will automatically be moved back
into stock. Any requests for storage and maintenance
after this date will incur an appropriate surcharge.
